About Your Order:
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
No, once an order is placed you cannot make any changes. You can however, return or exchange. (see returns)
When does my order ship?
In most cases, your order will ship within 3 business days of receiving the order. However we do not guarantee ship dates. When the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number and depending on where you are located can take anywhere from 4 - 12 business days to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email that contains your tracking number once your package has shipped.

Shipping Times are calculated from the time of dispatch. Orders after 12pm PST will be dispatched the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During sale periods please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. Although we strive to minimize delays, we cannot take responsibility for delayed orders due to Payment verification or Customs Clearance.

What is the return policy?
We accept all returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after the item has been received. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. You are required to pay all shipping charges for items shipped to us, however we will cover the shipping charges for the replacement items. All returns will be issued store credit. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Final Markdown" are non-returnable.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We will accept the damaged item as long as it is unworn in the original packaging.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes 7-13 in all of our shoes.
Do you carry half sizes?
Yes, we carry half sizes on all shoes up to a size 13.
What are your shoes made of?
All of our shoes are made of 100% genuine leather and suede.
